Here are a few pictures of a simple in-house project we had.  While manufacturing some parts for a client we needed to measure the inside of a groove very accurately. That's when we broke out the pen and paper and designed some new inspection tooling. These "Jaws" allow us to measure those hard to reach spots with ease! 

This repair was for a 9" one way valve that had been severely damaged from years of use. We bored the old sealing surface out on the lathe and then press fit a new sealing surface in and sealed with a silicone bronze braze. The surface then had to be milled to a 7 degree angle. All this was done in 2 days to get the system back up and running. 

These are a pair of workholding arms for a precision table slide saw. This arms hold the piece level and also have locking stops for cutting angles.
